Ashish Dubey
Ph.D. (Founder)
Dr. Ashish Dubey is a visionary technocrat, serial entrepreneur, and genomics leader with over two decades of experience in molecular diagnostics, clinical genetics, and genomics innovation. As the founder of GenePrint Labs, he brings a proven legacy of building transformative ventures in life sciences, including the success story of Redcliffe Labs, now among India’s top five diagnostic providers.
A PhD in Neurogenetics, Dr. Dubey has been at the forefront of pioneering genomic initiatives—ranging from India’s first GWAS studies and buffalo genome sequencing to agri-genomics contracts with Bayer and collaborations with Illumina.
Dr. Dubey is also the founder of the Institute of Eminence Science and Research (IESR), committed to upskilling India’s scientific workforce in genomics, bioinformatics, and nanotechnology. As a mentor and board member to several emerging biotech and nanotech ventures, he continues to drive innovation and shape the future of precision diagnostics in India and beyond.
Pardhasaradhi Godithala
Ph.D. (Chief Scientific Officer)
Dr. Pardhasaradhi Godithala is a genomics expert with over 20 years of experience in NGS, Microarray, Sanger Sequencing, and Precision Medicine. He has held leadership roles at LifeCell International, Clevergene Biocorp, Cancer Genetics Inc., and Sandor Lifesciences, where he led multidisciplinary teams in genomics R&D, lab operations, and bioinformatics, developing cutting-edge assays across Illumina, Ion S5, Nanopore, and PacBio platforms.
Dr. Pardhasaradhi holds a PhD in Biotechnology with research experience at CCMB. His work spans human genetics, molecular diagnostics, and population genomics, reflected in numerous peer-reviewed publications. Known for building high-throughput labs and translating complex data into actionable insights, he bridges science, clinical application, and business strategy to advance genomic medicine.
